_{In sheer honsetly, I avoid making one too many NPC's in OCT's like theses unless they play a long and key role in the story which I plan on admitting both Cassius and Cecelia into duality. Eitherway I was short on time but I am proud of the result, thank you Bruceline for helping me patch this one up.

Name: Cecelia Sullivan
Age: 18
Faction: Theives
Hometown: Nimbasa City
History: The youngest of the Sullivans and born without aura powers; she is at the age to find a suitor. Cecelia and Mytho have a typical sibling relationship dispite issues with the rest of his family, his sister was the on he was on distant but good terms with during the past few years by contact by letters. However Mytho suspected something was terribly wrong in the household espically with Cassius espically in her letters sent to him. In a sense, Cecelia was asking for his help to get her out of the house which Mytho had plans to once he was settled at the school. However for some reason, Cecelia choose to runaway from home with Fakir, three days proir and made her way to Castelia where she mangued to find Mytho, outside the city.
Cecelia running away from home had spurred their brother's wrath upon them, but she's adament to stay by Mytho's side.

Personality: Unlike both of her brothers, Cecelia is a mild, polite well spoken young woman with an ackward sense of humor with a sweet demeanor. Cecelia is basically like any other noble women however she has her moments where she becomes very stubborn or goes off on her own without anyone's say. However Cecelia doesn't speak much to strangers and her avoidant of men and would rather be in the presence of her brother or her pokemon espically Moria. Mytho admits that whatever happened between her and Cassius is the main cause, so he's willing to support her as best he can.

Extra:
-There's something up between Moria and Cecelia. Nobody else is aware of.
-Not much of a fighter herself. However her pokemon are willing to take the challenge.
-Mytho always felt rather gulity over his sister being somewhat a failure of a brother. So he's trying to make up for it.
-Mytho and Cecelia both have the same pink ribbon, it was a gift from her when they were childern.
-Cecelia is'nt talking but Mytho suspected that she was sexually abused hence her silence and avoidance of others.
-Cecelia is.. rather affectionate and willing to follow her brother around to some extent.
-While all of this is.. odd even for Mytho. Mytho turns a blind eye to it as all of this is reltively harmless.
-Cecelia only joined the theives because it'll be much harder for Cassius to find her and to be discrete.

+ Moria- Mismagius
Sassy / Thoughly cunning | Female
-Nobody knows where Moria came from. Mytho has no idea why 'it' is with Cecelia all this time, but Cecelia treats Moria like an old friend. Although Moria evolved recently after Cecelia left home. The ghost type jokily refers herself as a witch (Maybe she meant she used to be a 'witch' before she died.. who knows) , but she's loyal to only Cecelia and her wishes. Moria is a lady of her word although likes to make morbid jokes about death but there's more to her then she's letting on. However if one upsets Moria in the slightest, usually she has a tendency to hex and curse people to 'mysteriously' die within three days in the worst way possible.

+ Fakir- Swanna
Quiet / Capable of taking hits | Male
-Raised as a ducklett, Fakir is Cecelia's butler and protector this extends this over to her brother, Mytho. Fakir is a quiet but proud bird if he deems you unworthy or a foe, he is willing to openly attack in defense of the Sullivans. Fakir is a very graceful fighter and would rather finish off his foes with an elegant finish. Fakir is Cecilia's main flier and he's very picky over his feathery coat.

+ Eriol- Eevee
Naughty / Quick to flee | Male
-The pet. Eriol is a shiny eevee given to Cecelia as a birthday gift. He's not much of a fighter but he's helpful in his own way and quite the escape artist. So Cecelia is not too worried if Eriol runs into trouble also he enjoys being a spoiled cute thing as he is. Oh and he's adorable, what else?

+ Violia- Sableye
Impish / Alerts to sounds | Female
-A recent memeber of the group. Violia loves pretty things but she's a nasty little thing . For one, Violia had attempted to ambush the group but Moria put the thing in it's place. However Cecelia found usefulness in her and let Violia live. Violia is a crafty little thing and would often hide in the shadows, she may be blind but her ears are always alert. Although Violia has a tendency to be devious as she is violent however she does greatly fear Moria ever since their first meeting.}

I love your style. Cecelia looks so adorable, especially in the Extra picture. I just want to hug her, but she'd probably run away and Fakir would probably beat me up.
